Look closely and you will see a significant price gap emerging - between properties which are too large for the wealthy private investor, and those too small for institutional buyers.  That gap seems to be in the $2 million to $5 million price range.


Up until recently, your main opportunity for shared-property investment has been listed property trusts - which tend to follow the vagaries of the share market.



Joining with other Investors as part of a Syndicate means you can acquire a slice of a well-located Residential Property Developments in the $2 to $5 million range - where there is far less competition, and arguably a greater degree of security.

Syndications enable Higher Returns, while lowering risk. It may not seem true as the risk is spread over a larger pool of people the actual risk to any one investor is greatly reduced.
